Established in 2007 with a focus on residential construction, Pacific Standard Construction, Corp. has built and renovated homes in historic neighborhoods throughout Jacksonville. As construction consultants, we work with homeowners as a partner in renovations, additions and new construction.

Pacific Standard Construction, Corp. is a Jacksonville-based home construction and restoration firm with Australian origins. Jacob Shilling, principle contractor, is a third generation builder, born and raised in Australia. His career in Australia spanned commercial and residential building including multi-story and high-rise building. Jacob, a carpenter by trade, specializes in value engineering and renovations of historic homes in Jacksonville.
